Job Summary The Healthcare Architect will be responsible for designing planning and executing healthcare infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with medical regulations safety codes and functional efficiency The role involves collaborating with clients engineers contractors and medical professionals to create state-of-the-art healthcare spaces Key Responsibilities Conceptualization Design Develop hospital clinic and healthcare facility designs ensuring optimal patient flow space efficiency and functionality Project Planning Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements budgets and timelines Regulatory Compliance Ensure all designs meet healthcare standards e g NABH JCI local building codes Technical Drawings Documentation Prepare architectural drawings BOQs and specifications Collaboration Coordinate with MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing consultants structural engineers and contractors Site Supervision Conduct site visits to oversee execution and ensure adherence to design Material Selection Recommend appropriate materials considering hygiene durability and sustainability Client Interaction Present design proposals incorporate feedback and ensure client satisfaction Requirements Education Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture B Arch M Arch Experience 3-7 years in healthcare architecture hospital planning or medical infrastructure projects Software Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design tools Knowledge Understanding of healthcare building codes hospital design principles and infection control requirements Soft Skills Strong communication problem-solving and project management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working on NABH-compliant hospital designs Familiarity with sustainable healthcare design practices Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 55 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question s Have you done hospital projects Experience Healthcare hospital designing hospital planning 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
