Job Summary Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the packaging and dispatch operations of finished goods at our Navi Mumbai Turbhe facility The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective packing safe storage and timely dispatch of products while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire packaging and dispatch operations for finished goods Ensure timely accurate and damage-free dispatch of goods as per customer requirements Develop and implement standard operating procedures SOPs for packaging and dispatch functions Oversee inventory management packaging material planning and stock reconciliation Coordinate with production QA QC sales and logistics teams for smooth execution Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and quality guidelines in packaging and handling of finished goods Manage and motivate a team of supervisors operators and dispatch staff for optimum performance Maintain accurate and up-to-date dispatch records reports and KPIs Identify opportunities for process improvements cost reduction and operational efficiency Work closely with transporters courier partners and logistics service providers Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of packaging standards dispatch procedures and warehouse operations Proven ability to lead teams train staff and implement process improvements Familiarity with ERP systems inventory modules and documentation compliance Effective problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dispatch timelines Preferred Industry Background Chemical manufacturing pharmaceuticals food beverage or similar industries with strong packaging and dispatch operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Application Question s How many years of experience in packaging and dispatch in the chemical pharmaceutical industry Have you previously managed a team in packaging and dispatch operations of Chemical Products Experience Packaging 8 years Preferred Chemical Packging 8 years Preferred Total 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
