We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies achieving targets managing client relationships and driving business growth Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals Identify new business opportunities and market trends Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly Ensure CRM systems and sales documentation are updated and maintained Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Preferred Qualifications MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification Experience in industry-specific field e g FMCG IT Real Estate etc Minimum X years of experience in sales with at least X years in a managerial role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Robust leadership negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions Proficient in MS Office and CRM software e g Salesforce Zoho etc Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
