Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of the resort s infrastructure rooms utilities and equipment Perform regular preventive maintenance of electrical plumbing air-conditioning and other systems Handle guest complaints related to maintenance issues promptly and efficiently Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC Annual Maintenance Contracts Maintain inventory of tools equipment and spare parts Ensure the cleanliness safety and functionality of all technical and common areas Monitor energy and water usage to promote productive consumption and cost savings Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks repairs and service schedules Assist in setting up or rearranging facilities for events and conferences when required Adhere to health safety and environmental policies and ensure compliance with resort standards Required Qualifications ITI Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Civil or relevant technical field 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance preferably in the hospitality or resort industry Basic knowledge of HVAC systems electrical panels plumbing and carpentry Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance Good communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and flexible work hours Work Schedule Full-time rotational shifts including weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
