Job Summary - We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Assistant to join our Microbiology Division The ideal candidate should have prior experience in store operations within a laboratory or scientific environment and must be proficient in English communication Key Responsibilities - Assist in daily store operations including receiving inspecting and issuing materials Maintain proper inventory records and documentation using ERP or inventory management systems Ensure materials are stored in compliance with microbiology standards and safety protocols Coordinate with the production and QC teams for timely availability of required materials Perform regular stock audits and update stock levels to avoid shortages or excess Prepare material requisitions and maintain stock registers logs Support in packing labeling and dispatch of microbiological items as per internal requirements Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area Required Skills Good communication skills in English Basic knowledge of inventory and storekeeping procedures Attention to detail and organizational ability Familiarity with microbiological materials or scientific consumables will be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Store management 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
