Job Title Marketing Executive - Dental Clinic Camp Coordination Location YASH DENTAL Adyar Department Marketing Employment Type Full-time Job Summary The Marketing Executive will focus on planning organizing and executing dental awareness camps corporate outreach programs and community engagement activities to increase patient footfall and brand visibility This role requires solid coordination communication and relationship-building skills Key Responsibilities1 Dental Camp Planning Execution Identify and coordinate with schools colleges corporate offices residential societies NGOs and community groups for organizing dental check-up camps Prepare camp proposals schedules and logistics plans Ensure proper setup of camp materials banners forms dental instruments giveaways etc Work closely with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth camp operations 2 Lead Generation Follow-up Collect and manage leads generated through camps and convert them into clinic visits Follow up via calls SMS WhatsApp to book appointments and promote clinic services Track conversion ratios and maintain camp performance reports 3 Marketing Promotion Assist in executing local marketing activities such as flyers standees and clinic branding Support digital marketing team with content event photos and activity updates Promote clinic offers membership plans and dental treatments during camps and community visits 4 Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with camp partners schools corporates residential communities Represent the clinic professionally at all meetings and events Maintain a database of camp partners and regularly engage them for repeat activities 5 Administrative Reporting Prepare daily weekly monthly reports on camps conducted leads generated and conversions achieved Ensure all documentation and consent forms are correctly collected and submitted Manage camp expenses within the assigned budget Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field Experience 1-3 years of experience in field marketing healthcare marketing or event coordination Experience in dental healthcare sector is an advantage Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and coordination skills Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling for camp activities Ability to build partnerships and negotiate with institutions Basic computer skills MS Office CRM tools Ability to work independently and meet targets Key Competencies Customer-service orientation Team collaboration Result-driven mindset Problem-solving Professional appearance and conduct contact details M- (phone hidden) hr yashdental com Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
