Company Description With more than 160 sales and logistics facilities in over 70 countries highly efficient in-house production and more than 6 000 employees the Doka Group is one of the world s leading companies for developing manufacturing and distributing contemporary system formwork technology Our strong and effective sales organisation gives construction firms all over the world swift access to pathbreaking formwork solutions and services for all areas of cast-in-place building construction To continue building our high level of service for our customers the Doka Group not only invests in its employees professional and personal career development but also sets great store by foresighted personnel planning If you are passionate about what you do have an inner drive to succeed a desire to learn and grow from your experiences then this is your opportunity to step up to a challenge Your responsibilities include but are not limited to Project Coordination Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communication between Sales Operations Engineering and customers Manage and oversee project delivery timelines to ensure adherence to project milestones Conduct both internal and external project kick-off meetings to establish clear roles responsibilities and expectations Project Tracking Problem-Solving Track project supply chain and inventory ensuring materials and components are available as required for on-time delivery Identify and support alternative material solutions in case of shortages collaborating with Operations and Engineering to ensure quality and feasibility Quality Control Inspection Conduct visual inspections of incoming fabricated items on a sampling basis ensuring compliance with drawings specifications and quality requirements as needed Work closely with the Engineering team to communicate any known issues with purchased parts or products and address any dimensional deviations identified during inspections Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management QualificationsDegree in Manufacturing or Engineering or equivalent education Minimum five years of experience in a similar role dealing with quality systems customers and suppliers management supplier development and audits Strong knowledge in Advanced Product Quality Planning APQP Production Part Approval Process PPAP Failure Mode and Effect Analysis FMEA Knowledge in manufacturing processes standards material standards grades certifications testing standards and welding standards and processes Preferably good knowledge of structural steel metal fabrication processes Good understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings Statistical analytical skills and technical proficiency for quality processes Excellent proficiency in English Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholder e g internal stakeholders customers and suppliers Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment Willingness to travel and be mobile Additional InformationJob Type Full-time Location Navi Mumbai India As a customer-focused organization Doka recognizes that its greatest asset is its team We are consistently seeking talented professionals eager to support our sales efforts and help deliver outstanding formwork solutions to our clients
