Proficient in designing and delivering engaging training sessions workshops and other learning activities and the ability to adapt training methods to meet different learning styles and needs Principles of Adult Learning - Instructional Design - Needs Assessment - Ability to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis TNA to identify skill gaps performance improvement areas and learning requirements for diverse groups Project Management - Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan organize and execute learning and development initiatives managing timelines resources and stakeholder s expectations Data Analysis and Evaluation -
