We Shakti Equipments Pvt Ltd are into Rent Sales Service of Aerial Work Platforms Boom Lift Scissor Lift Cranes Telehandlers We re seeking a results-driven inside sales executive to join our team with the Right Attitude towards Customer Service satisfaction Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet customer needs and company goals Prepare and send proposals quotes and contracts to clients Provide regular reports on sales activities including calls made leads generated and deals closed Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company s products and services Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers Required Skills Qualifications Preferred Mechanical Engineer Industry Knowledge A solid understanding of the equipment rental market and the needs of construction projects is beneficial 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management Experience in customer relationship management and using CRM software Like Salesforce Tally Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals Knowledge of GST E-Way Bill Issuance Salaries Benefits Salary Range is Rs 25 000 - to Rs 30 000 - per Month CTC Final salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview Salaried on Company Payroll All Labor Law Benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
