Company Description PharmaTech Expo is one of India s largest pharmaceutical exhibitions bringing together thousands of professionals from the pharma healthcare laboratory and pharma machinery sectors As a major B2B trade show it serves as a global platform for industry leaders to connect showcase innovations and discuss advancements in related technologies The event attracts participants from around the world creating opportunities for networking knowledge exchange and business growth Role Description This is a full-time on-site Tele caller position based in Ahmedabad Gujarat The Tele Caller will support the sales and operations team by managing outbound and inbound calls coordinating with clients and assisting in communication and administrative tasks The role requires excellent communication skills a polite and professional attitude and the ability to maintain detailed records and follow-ups Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote exhibitions and events Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event participation bookings and services Maintain and update customer databases with call logs feedback and follow-up details Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead updates and client requirements Follow up with clients via calls emails and messages to ensure timely responses Assist exhibitors and visitors with registration procedures and event-related queries Meet call targets and ensure quality communication standards Provide administrative support in documentation report preparation and coordination tasks Qualifications Skills 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline 0-2 years of experience in tele calling customer service or sales support freshers may also apply Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Gujarati is an added advantage Confident polite and skilled phone etiquette Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office Strong listening and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
