About Us We are a growing civil engineering firm specializing in residential and commercial construction projects With a solid focus on quality safety and on-time delivery our company provides comprehensive solutions from planning to execution We take pride in delivering reliable construction services that meet client expectations while maintaining the highest professional and technical standards Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities at various residential and contract-based project sites The ideal candidate should possess hands-on site experience strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage team of supervisors labour materials and timelines efficiently Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design quality and safety standards Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower and resources accordingly Coordinate with vendors contractors labourers and suppliers for smooth workflow Ensure timely availability of construction materials and tools at the site Maintain daily progress reports site records and measurement sheets Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of execution Communicate project progress issues and updates to management and clients Handle site-related challenges and resolve them efficiently Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations Required Skills Qualifications BE Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution 1-3 years of relevant experience in residential or contract-based civil projects Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and plans Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and methods Excellent site supervision and team management skills Good communication and reporting abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites if required Willingness to travel to project locations in and around Pune Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
