5 PM or 1PM - 10 PM or 6 PM to 3 AM Variable Shift with cab facility Computer Skills Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working in Windows GUI and Command Line interfaces such Unix as applicable Experience with business process oriented operations is preferred Prior experience of managing a team team size 5 is must Experience of working with US UK EU counterparts in an onshore-offshore model is must 1 year direct marketing experience preferred and or 2 years previous Sales support customer service experience Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics and presenting insights to leadership Ability to create SOPs and maintain knowledge repositories Customer focused -
