The Role The Site Supervisor will be the key link between the design team the client and the execution team contractors vendors You will be responsible for the day-to-day management supervision and quality control of all interior fit-out work ensuring projects are completed on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Site Management Oversee all on-site activities including civil electrical plumbing carpentry false ceiling painting and finishing work Ensure all work is executed strictly according to the approved design drawings specifications and BOQ Bill of Quantities Scheduling Progress Develop and manage the site work schedule tracking daily progress against the master project timeline Identify potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions Conduct daily site meetings with contractors and vendors Coordination Reporting Coordinate effectively with the design team for drawing clarifications and material approvals Act as the primary point of contact for the client on site-related issues providing professional and timely updates Document site progress through daily reports photographs and attendance records Billing Measurement Verify contractor measurements and work completion for interim billing and final payments Qualifications Skills Experience Insert number e g 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent role specifically managing high-end interior design fit-out projects residential and or commercial Education Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design Construction Management or a related field is preferred Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of construction processes material specifications e g veneers laminates stone hardware and quality standards in interior fit-outs Soft Skills Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities Must be proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure Job Type Full time Pay 9 684 56 - 26 621 58 per month Work Location In person
