About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and student-centric Academic Advisor to join our academic support team The Academic Advisor will guide learners in selecting suitable programs monitor their academic progress and assist them in achieving their educational and career goals This role requires solid communication skills empathy and the ability to provide accurate academic guidance in a structured and encouraging manner Key Responsibilities Advise students on program selection course plans and academic pathways Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions via phone email WhatsApp and in person Support students from enrolment through course completion Monitor learner progress and provide timely academic interventions Assist with academic planning scheduling and resolving academic concerns Maintain accurate records of student interactions progress and performance Provide guidance on career readiness internships and skill-building opportunities Collaborate with faculty counsellors and admin teams to ensure smooth student experience Participate in orientations academic workshops and review meetings Ensure students stay motivated informed and goal-driven throughout the program Qualifications Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide and mentor students with patience and empathy Good understanding of educational programs and academic processes Basic computer literacy MS Office CRM systems preferred Prior experience in academic advising student support or counselling is an advantage Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply Preferred Attributes Student-first mindset Problem-solving approach Organized and detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently Benefits Competitive salary incentives Professional training and growth opportunities Supportive collaborative work culture Opportunity to contribute to student success and development Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
