Job Title CRM Manager with Sales Focus Location Jaipur Mahindra Sez Job Type Full Time Department Sales Reporting To V P Sales Job Summary We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented CRM Manager with Sales Focus to manage customer relationships support sales initiatives and drive customer engagement The ideal candidate will ensure smooth management of the CRM system while actively contributing to achieving sales targets through customer interactions and lead nurturing Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company s CRM database update customer profiles track interactions and manage leads Generate qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into active customers Create and manage sales reports customer segmentation and analytics using CRM tools Coordinate with the Sales Team to plan customer engagement strategies Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through CRM data analysis Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support Develop and execute customer retention programs and loyalty campaigns Regularly update and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability Assist in setting up marketing campaigns promotions and customer communications through the CRM Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends competition and market opportunities Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 2-5 years of experience in CRM management and or Sales support roles Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or equivalent Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Word PowerPoint Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to achieve targets Preferred Skills Experience in B2B or B2C sales processes Knowledge of CRM automation and workflow setups Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer journey mapping is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
