junior Advocate - We are looking for a committed detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our legal team The role includes court work office work drafting research and client handling Candidates must be proficient in English and Marathi Both freshers and advocates with up to 2-3 years of experience are eligible to apply Key Responsibilities Assist senior advocates in litigation and non-litigation matters Draft review and finalise legal documents including petitions complaints replies written statements agreements and contracts Conduct thorough legal research on statutes case laws notifications and precedents Interact with clients collect necessary information and communicate updates regarding case progress Appear before courts tribunals and statutory authorities for filing hearings and procedural work Maintain case files prepare briefs and ensure timely compliance with court directions and deadlines Support in due diligence property search reports and title verification whenever required Handle essential administrative tasks related to case management and documentation Requirements LL B from a recognised university Solid command over English and Marathi reading writing drafting speaking Good drafting and research skills Ability to handle client communication professionally Willingness to travel to courts and authorities as required Ability to work in a team with responsibility and discipline Bike Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
