About the Job Mavenbird Technologies is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our development teams and ensure smooth execution of client projects The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities between clients developers designers and management Assist project managers in planning tracking and delivering projects on time Prepare project documentation meeting notes schedules and progress reports Ensure clear and timely communication with clients regarding updates requirements and deliverables Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed as per deadlines Monitor project progress and escalate issues or delays when needed Maintain project management tools task boards and workflow trackers Coordinate UAT requirement clarifications and deployment activities Ensure client satisfaction by supporting smooth project execution Assist with resource planning and task allocation when needed Qualification 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator Project Executive or similar role in IT software development Strong communication skills verbal and written Good understanding of IT project workflows Agile Scrum is a plus Ability to multitask prioritize and handle rapid-paced environments Proficiency in tools like Jira Trello Asana ClickUp or similar project management software Strong organizational documentation and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of web eCommerce technologies is an advantage
