Job description Job Title Senior CNC Programmer Department CNC Machining Manufacturing Location Perundurai SIPCOT Experience 5 years in CNC Programming Machining Key Responsibilities Develop and generate precise CNC programs using Mastercam 2D 3D Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints with accuracy Select appropriate cutting tools holders and fixtures based on job requirements Perform program proving trial runs and validate output on CNC milling and turning machines Optimize existing programs for cycle time tool life and machining quality Collaborate with machinists and operators to ensure smooth execution of operations Troubleshoot programming or machining issues and implement corrective actions Work towards continuous improvement in machining processes quality and productivity Required Skills Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam AutoCAD UG NX or equivalent Strong understanding of engineering drawings GD T and machining symbols Hands-on experience with tool selection cutting data and process planning Sound knowledge of CNC machining sequences tooling and workholding techniques Ability to conduct root-cause analysis for machining issues Familiarity with quality standards 5S and ISO procedures Educational Qualification Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Production Tool Engineering Certification in CNC Programming is a plus Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
