Job Title Modular Furniture Factory Manager Location Kalpetta Wayanad Experience Required 5-10 years in modular interior furniture manufacturing Industry Modular Furniture Interior Fit-Out Manufacturing Salary Competitive based on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Modular Furniture Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in our modular furniture manufacturing unit based in Kalpetta Wayanad The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to handle complete production management Key Responsibilities1 Production Management Plan and execute daily weekly and monthly production schedules Supervise CNC panel saw edge-banding drilling assembly and finishing departments Ensure timely production and high-quality output 2 Team Leadership Lead operators carpenters helpers and supervisors Conduct regular training on machinery and safety Handle shift planning attendance and performance assessments 3 Material Inventory Control Monitor stock of boards laminates hardware adhesives etc Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability Reduce material wastage through proper planning 4 Quality Compliance Implement QC procedures at every stage Maintain high standards of accuracy and finishing Ensure compliance with factory safety and labour guidelines 5 Machine Equipment Maintenance Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC routers edge-banders panel saws and other machinery Coordinate with service providers for repair and calibration 6 Dispatch Logistics Supervise packing labeling and dispatch of finished items Coordinate with project installation teams for timely delivery Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5-10 years in modular furniture manufacturing Strong knowledge of machines and production processes Ability to make cutting list read technical drawings and BOQs Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills Experience managing production teams of 20-50 workers Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Production or Wood Technology preferred Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an added advantage Why Join Us Lead a growing modular furniture factory in Wayanad Stable and supportive work environment Performance-based incentives Opportunity for long-term growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
