Job Title Branch Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth Key Responsibilities 1 Branch Operations Oversee all aspects of branch operations including sales customer service and administrative functions 2 Team Management Lead and manage a team of branch staff providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of branch objectives 3 Sales and Revenue Growth Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth meeting or exceeding branch targets 4 Customer Service Ensure exceptional customer service resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner 5 Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies 6 Budgeting and Cost Control Manage branch budgets controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources 7 Reporting and Analytics Provide regular reports and analysis on branch performance identifying areas for improvement Requirements 1 Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field 2 Experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banking finance or a related field with at least 2-3 years in a management role Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
