Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings for ducting chilled water piping ventilation exhaust systems and pressurization systems Prepare equipment layouts AHU FCU installation drawings diffuser and grille layouts and plant room drawings Develop accurate schematic diagrams and riser diagrams Update drawings based on site conditions engineer instructions and consultant feedback Coordinate with HVAC engineers execution teams and site supervisors for inputs and clarifications Identify and resolve routing clashes with other services Ensure drawings comply with project specifications ASHRAE standards local authority norms and hospital-specific requirements pressurization isolation rooms OT standards etc Ensure dimensions levels equipment clearances and technical details are precise before submission Qualifications Skills ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Draftsmanship Mechanical Engineering 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC Mechanical Draftsman in MEP contracting Solid understanding of HVAC systems ducting chilled water systems ventilation AHUs VRF systems cleanroom requirements etc Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings specifications and MEP coordination layouts Key Attributes Detail-oriented with strong drafting precision Ability to handle multiple revisions and meet strict deadlines Team-oriented proactive and adaptable Willingness to work at the project site Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Bhubaneswar Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience project execution 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
