Overview Responsible for the product design development of Air Treatment product portfolio including various types of compressed air dryers and chillers Create the system 3D Modeling concept Parts Sub system optimize the layout of refrigeration system and collaborate with plant engineering for approval Design the new Improved sheet metal cabinets copper piping layout and Optimize part level system level to make it compact and understand the clear understanding of the ease of manufacturability Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet business objectives Candidate meets the First pass yield and on time delivery for assigned design work Lead the design work with platform Startegy and make release plan with full ownership Organize the BOM Option items part communication strategy to make the best design solution Responsibilities Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing large medium size industrial product packages using Solid Works 2020 or later version BTech or equivalent in mechanical engineering Minimum 4 years of Experience in product engineering in any reputed Industrial engineering company Qualifications BTech or equivalent in mechanical engineering Minimum 4 years of Experience in product engineering in any reputed Industrial engineering company Tool skills - excellent CAD skills in Solid Works Essential skills Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing large medium size industrial product packages using Solid Works 2020 or later version Hands on experience of design sheet metal assemblies copper tubing small medium size complex parts assemblies and integration of components Assemblies 2 years of hands-on experience in applying GD T and Tolerance stake up in drawings using international standards 2 years of experience in creating and optimization of product BOM in PLM and clear understanding of managing the ECN process Desired skills Proficient in managing the full product design and development lifecycle and must be able to make project plan- scope schedule Strong understanding of design and manufacturing principles Understand the vapor compression system and components Capable of estimating product costs from an engineering perspective with accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook Effective in conflict resolution and applying critical thinking to solve engineering challenges Personal Skills Proactive self-motivating with ability to develop own priorities Must have fluent in English and clear communication Excellent time management and organizational skills Versatile adaptable and eager to deliver timely results despite unanticipated challenges Work Arrangements Requirements Individual contributor and Work of office work from home based on Project need
