Company Overview We are a leading women s garment manufacturer and wholesaler based in Ahmedabad Gujarat We specialize in ethnic and contemporary women s wear including Lehenga Cholis Crop Tops Gowns Indo-Western outfits and more With a focus on quality and fashion-forward design we are growing rapidly across e-commerce retail and international platforms Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the company s e-commerce platforms Upload and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions pricing and high-resolution images Process customer orders track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery Maintain and monitor inventory levels coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling Handle domestic and international logistics ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation Work closely with marketing design and operations teams to align product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns Analyze platform sales data and performance metrics to optimize listings and sales strategies Provide prompt and professional customer support including addressing post-sale queries and resolving issues Candidate Requirements 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations ideally in the fashion or apparel industry Experience using platforms like Shopify WordPress or similar CMS e-commerce tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word familiarity with analytics reporting tools is a plus Solid organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of digital marketing SEO and product positioning Creative fashion-aware and interested in women s apparel trends Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented proactive work ethic Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
