Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented a Food Production Supervisor to manage daily food production activities to ensure smooth efficient and safe manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and production targets Key responsibilities include overseeing production workflows and staff monitoring quality and equipment enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and safety regulations like HACCP managing production schedules training employees documenting production data and resolving issues that arise during shifts Key Responsibilities Manage Production Teams Lead and motivate the production staff including scheduling guiding coaching and disciplining employees to ensure efficient workflow and productivity Ensure Quality and Compliance Oversee adherence to quality control standards GMP and food safety protocols e g HACCP conducting inspections and audits as needed Monitor Operations Track and analyze production data monitor workflow verify production outputs and maintain accurate records and reports on shift performance Maintain Equipment Monitor the condition of production machinery calling for repairs or maintenance as needed to prevent disruptions Manage Resources Ensure effective use of resources including labor materials and equipment and control production costs Training and Development Train new and existing staff on production processes safety and quality standards and handle employee relations issues Problem Solving Identify and resolve issues that arise during production to maintain targets and workflow continuity Reporting Prepare and submit required production reports and keep the facility audit ready Key Skills Qualifications Leadership Ability to lead motivate and guide a team effectively Knowledge of Food Production Understanding of food manufacturing processes machinery and quality standards Communication Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff management and other departments Problem-Solving Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to keep production on track Organization Planning Skills in planning production schedules managing resources and organizing workflows Commitment to Safety Deep understanding of GMP food safety and health regulations and ability to enforce them Reporting To Plant Head Job Type Full-time Location Juinagar Navi Mumbai If you are passionate about food production and have the skills and dedication to excel in the frozen food industry we encourage you to apply for this role Job Type Full time Pay 240 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Experience Production management 3 years Required Work Location In person
