We are looking for energetic and motivated B2B Sales Manager to drive sales and partnerships with schools colleges and educational institutions in Rajasthan The ideal candidate will have experience in institutional sales strong networking abilities and a passion for the education sector Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into partnerships with schools colleges and training institutes Pitch education programs mentorship workshops and other offerings to decision-makers Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly quarterly targets Conduct presentations demos and webinars for institutions Build strong relationships with principals management and key decision-makers Provide feedback from the market to the product and strategy team Maintain sales reports and track progress against goals Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Education or related field 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales experience in education edtech is a plus Strong communication persuasion and interpersonal skills Ability to manage client relationships and close institutional deals Based in Surat Vadodara with good knowledge of the local education ecosystem Willingness to travel within the region Compensation Fixed salary attractive incentives based on performance Job Type Full time Pay 34 171 72 - 48 584 16 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
