We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should have an ability to help the organization to grow by identifying and developing recent international export business opportunities We also look for individuals with integrity a hunger for learning an action-bias ownership and humility Prior experience of international sales and proficiency in English is a plus Experience in Health Pharma will be preferable Key Responsibilities Market Research and Strategy Development Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends Developing and implementing growth strategies in line with the company s objectives Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Actively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling bulk mailing and social media Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients Sales and Negotiation Pitching products and or services to potential clients Negotiating with stakeholders and closing business deals Collaboration with Internal Teams Working with the marketing team to develop custom sales and marketing strategies Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company s growth objectives are met Requirements Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention Basic understanding of International Sales Exports Nice to have Good business sense and industry expertise Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Ability to work with tech tools such as Excel mail etc Experience Education 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role A bachelor s or Master degree in Business Marketing or Management Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
