Job Summary Raiden Studios is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Coimbatore The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience and be ready to contribute immediately to our growing company Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of new employees Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions Employee Relations Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related issues Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving HR Operations Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Manage payroll processing attendance tracking and leave management Performance Management Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems Support managers in conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs Training Development Organize and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge Monitor training effectiveness and update programs as needed HR Policy Development Develop implement and update HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role Strong understanding of HR functions labor laws and best practices Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience HR 1 year Required Work Location In person
