Job Summary We are seeking an experienced VMC Operator with 2-5 years of hands-on expertise in operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers The candidate should be capable of handling precision machining tasks ensuring quality and meeting production targets Key Responsibilities Independently set up and operate VMC machines Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs Set tool offsets work offsets and make necessary adjustments Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish Inspect finished components using precision instruments Vernier Micrometer CMM etc Troubleshoot machining issues tool wear and recommend corrective actions Achieve daily weekly production targets with minimal rework or rejection Maintain machine and tooling in good condition Follow workplace safety and 5S standards Requirements ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years of proven experience in VMC operation Solid knowledge of cutting tools machining processes and GD T Basic CNC programming editing knowledge preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willing to work in rotational shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 10 2025
