PLST EXPERT We are looking for a PLST EXPERT to be part of our Nestle Nespresso Digital and Tech Team Position Snapshot Location Bengaluru Karnataka India Type of Contract Permanent Grade Band 2 Type of work Hybrid Work Language Fluent Business English The Role As a PLST Performance Load Stress Testing Expert you will be accountable to ensure that our applications and systems meet performance scalability and reliability requirements across all environments PLST Experts provide the necessary leadership analysis and execution tasks related to the design and implementation of performance testing strategies S He works closely with QA development DevOps and infrastructure teams to secure optimal system behavior under load and maximized business value The PLST Expert is also accountable for supervising the design execution and analysis of performance load and stress tests within the scope of the product product group platform collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and define optimization opportunities S He owns the performance testing strategy and ensures compliance with quality standards best practices and business-critical requirements In This Role You Will Design and Execute Tests - Create run and maintain performance load and stress test scenarios using industry-standard tools to simulate real-world user conditions Analyze and Optimize - Interpret test results identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements to development and infrastructure teams Integrate into SDLC - Work with development and QA teams to embed performance testing across project phases ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements Environment Management - Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments that reflect production conditions Reporting and Insights - Generate performance reports and dashboards translating technical findings into clear insights for stakeholders Collaboration and Training - Partner with cross-functional teams to define performance criteria and provide guidance on best practices in performance testing Root Cause Analysis -
