About Heartbeat Heartbeat is a non-profit organisation dedicated to insert your mission in one line - e g supporting underprivileged communities through education healthcare and empowerment initiatives As part of our growing team we are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Boy who can support our day-to-day operations and contribute to our smooth functioning Role Overview The Office Boy will play an important role in ensuring that the office runs efficiently The role requires someone who is not only responsible for basic office support but can also communicate confidently in English handle simple computer tasks and manage errands within the city using their own vehicle Key Responsibilities Assist in daily office operations including serving tea coffee maintaining cleanliness in common areas and ensuring a hospitable environment Handle office errands such as delivering and collecting documents letters or parcels within the city using own two-wheeler Provide administrative support like filing photocopying printing scanning and data entry Support the staff in meeting arrangements document preparation and other operational requirements Maintain inventory of office supplies and notify for replenishment when required Communicate clearly and courteously with staff visitors and external stakeholders Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support the organisation s mission Requirements Minimum education 10th 12th pass Good communication skills in English spoken with basic writing ability Basic computer knowledge MS Office email printing scanning Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Prior experience in an NGO or office support role will be an advantage Punctual responsible and respectful in behavior What We Offer Salary as per NGO standards commensurate with experience Travel allowance fuel reimbursement Supportive and friendly team environment An opportunity to contribute to a cause-driven organisation Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
