Job Title Telecalling Executive Location Lower Parel Mumbai Type Full-Time About Us The Qwerty Ink is a global brand management firm established in 2016 specializing in end-to-end brand strategies and solutions for businesses ranging from startups to multinational corporations MNCs We are now expanding operations through The Qwerty Ink Incubator where a dynamic team is responsible for driving growth and success across multiple incubated brands Role Overview We are seeking a Telecalling Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join our team The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls engaging with potential clients providing accurate information about our products and services and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales team This position does not include incentives but offers valuable exposure to brand management sales operations and client relationship building Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing clients to share product service details Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information Maintain a positive professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team by qualifying leads over calls Maintain and update customer details and call records in CRM systems Follow up on pending leads to ensure timely closures by the sales team Assist in executing telecalling campaigns for different brands under the incubator Gather feedback from prospects clients and share insights with the sales team Requirements 0 to 3 years of telecalling customer service inside sales experience Good communication skills in English and Hindi knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus Solid listening skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office G-Suite Ability to work under guidance meet daily calling targets and maintain discipline Self-motivated punctual and a team player Apply at HR theqwertyink com Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
