Title Quality Controller Intern Freshers only can apply The QA job for plastic products involves ensuring that products meet quality standards through inspecting materials processes and finished goods identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming raw materials in-process products and finished goods against specifications and quality standards Conduct various tests e g dimensional checks visual inspections material properties to identify defects and ensure compliance Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results Monitor production processes to identify potential issues and ensure consistency Propose and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce defects Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain quality records reports and documentation as per company procedures and industry standards Prepare and present reports on quality performance defects and corrective actions Participate in internal audits and quality system reviews Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education Bachelor s degree in engineering science or a related field is preferred Experience Freshers only can apply Duration 12 Months internship with INR 15K - 20K Per Month Stipend Post Internship The students whose performance is good during the internship will be taken on full-time payroll with a salary after completion of the internship Salary Package Post Internship 3 5-4 5 Lakhs CTC Per Annum Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
