Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm friendly and professional manner Present menus explain daily specials and provide recommendations when requested Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks in accordance with cafe and bar standards Ensure tables are properly set clean and maintained throughout service Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly or escalate to the supervisor when needed Upsell menu items promotions and special offers to maximize revenue Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age before serving alcohol Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and cleanliness in all service areas Collaborate with bartenders kitchen and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations Process bills accept payments and return change cards accurately Assist in opening closing and shift duties as per standard operating procedures SOPs Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
