Key Responsibilities Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for faculty non-teaching and administrative staff Develop and post job advertisements on relevant portals social media and college website Source and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial telephonic virtual interviews to assess candidates Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Schedule and facilitate interviews with selection committees Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and joining formalities Support onboarding and induction programs for recent hires Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements Ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory recruitment guidelines FOR ANY QUERIES OR SHARE OR CV ON - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Work Location In person
