Job Title IT Helpdesk Desktop Support Executive Location East of Kailash New Delhi 110065 Experience 2 to 4 Years Job Type Full-Time In office About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk Desktop Support Executive to join our growing IT team You will be the first point of contact for all technical issues related to desktops laptops printers and basic networking If you re passionate about IT support and have strong troubleshooting skills we d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 Level 2 technical support for desktop laptop printer and peripheral issues Install configure and troubleshoot Windows OS 10 11 MS Office and basic software Set up and manage Outlook email accounts user profiles and local shared drives Manage routine LAN Wi-Fi connectivity issues Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Provide remote on-site support to internal users Requirements 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in desktop support IT helpdesk user support Good understanding of Windows OS MS Office Suite and hardware troubleshooting Basic knowledge of networking LAN DHCP IP Wi-Fi Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests efficiently Preferred Qualifications Degree or Diploma in IT Computer Science Certifications like CompTIA A MCSA CCNA optional but preferred Thanks Mukesh kumar Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
