Job Summary At Gold Coins Club Resort the Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the restaurant service team The role ensures smooth service operations guest satisfaction and high standards of hospitality Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide waiters stewards and service staff during operations Ensure timely and professional service of food and beverages to guests Take guest orders when required and ensure accuracy in order processing Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Train waiters stewards in service standards and etiquette Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution Maintain cleanliness hygiene and table setups in the restaurant Prepare duty rosters and allocate work to the service team Upsell food beverage items to enhance guest experience and revenue Requirements Diploma Degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Strong communication and leadership skills Positive knowledge of food beverage service standards training will be provided Pleasant personality and guest-oriented approach Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
