Job Title Social Media Manager 3 Years Experience Location Onsite- Sector 74 Mohali Job Type Full time Experience Level Mid-Level 3 Years About the Role We are seeking a creative data-driven and results-oriented Social Media Manager with 3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team In this role you will lead the planning execution and optimization of our social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness drive engagement and support business goals Key Responsibilities Develop plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn X com formerly Twitter YouTube Snapchat and more Manage end-to-end paid campaigns Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads etc including audience targeting budget management and performance optimization Set up and manage tracking pixels Meta Pixel Google Tag Manager etc to monitor and optimize campaign performance Create engaging platform-specific content posts stories reels graphics etc in collaboration with the creative and design teams Track and analyze campaign metrics to generate performance reports and actionable insights Monitor social media trends competitor activity and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong online communities by actively engaging with users through comments DMs and other interactions Collaborate with marketing sales and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies Proficient in using tools such as Meta Business Suite Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Hootsuite Buffer or similar platforms Strong understanding of campaign analytics event tracking and pixel setup Exceptional copywriting and communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of traditional marketing and content strategy is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
