Key Responsibilities Manage product listings and updates on various e-commerce platforms Amazon Flipkart Myntra Ajio etc Ensure accurate product details images descriptions and pricing Handle order processing tracking and ensure on-time delivery Address and resolve customer queries and complaints Prepare e-commerce sales reports and provide insights to improve sales Plan and manage online promotions discounts and campaigns Monitor competitor activities and market trends Qualifications Graduate degree preferably in Commerce Management or Marketing Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Solid analytical and reporting skills Prior experience in the Fashion Garment industry will be an added advantage Skills Strong communication and coordination skills Problem-solving ability Time management and multitasking capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
