We are hiring Machine Operators for various roles involving CNC VMC HMC Induction Hardening and Grinding machines The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating assigned machines maintaining production quality and adhering to safety and process standards Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor assigned machine CNC VMC HMC Grinding or Induction Hardening as per SOPs Load unload components and ensure proper clamping referencing and zero setting Conduct basic inspection using gauges micrometers or other measuring instruments Maintain quality standards by checking components against drawings or control plans Record production data such as quantities produced cycle time and rejections Carry out tool changes offsets and minor adjustments as needed Report any machine breakdowns or quality issues immediately to the supervisor Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance checks Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times Maintain workplace discipline and housekeeping Requirements Qualification 12th ITI Diploma in Fitter Turner Machinist or relevant trade Experience 1-5 years of experience operating CNC VMC HMC Grinding Induction Hardening machines in an automotive or precision components industry Familiarity with measurement instruments and control parameters Team player with a willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets Commitment to quality discipline and protected working practices Job Type Full-time Pay 150 000 00 - 180 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Leave encashment Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current salary What is your expected salary Work Location In person
