Roles and Responsibilities Plan execute and oversee engineering or technical projects from initiation to closure Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables and required resources Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including engineering production procurement and quality Monitor and control project budgets schedules and performance metrics KPIs Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and stakeholders Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and company policies Drive continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with project goals Apply FMCG industry knowledge if applicable to enhance project execution and alignment with industry best practices Deliver projects within defined scope timeline and budget targeting 95 on-time completion Lead and motivate teams including Production Operations Technicians and HR Manage vendor relationships procurement schedules and stakeholder expectations Oversee administrative project operations including office management documentation and support services Supervise facility operations such as infrastructure utilities maintenance and workplace safety Skills Required Strong knowledge of project management tools methodologies e g Agile Waterfall etc Technical expertise in engineering manufacturing projects Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills FMCG operations experience is a plus Qualifications Education B E B Tech in Mechanical Electrical Production or related engineering fields MBA or Project Management Certification e g PMP PRINCE2 is a plus Experience 3-7 years of experience in a project management role FMCG sector experience is preferred and considered advantageous Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
