Job Summary The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the smooth functioning upkeep and maintenance of all machinery equipment and infrastructure This includes planning preventive maintenance handling breakdowns ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing downtime Key Responsibilities Perform regular inspection servicing and maintenance of machinery equipment utilities and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical electrical problems and resolve equipment failures quickly Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Maintain maintenance logs reports and documentation for all assets Coordinate with vendors service providers and contractors for repairs and AMC services Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Monitor inventory of tools spare parts and maintenance supplies Support installation and commissioning of recent machines and systems Assist in energy management and cost-saving initiatives Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical or HVAC systems based on field Good problem-solving and analytical skills Understanding of preventive maintenance systems Hands-on with tools and diagnostic equipment Basic understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards Ability to read technical manuals drawings and schematics Team player with strong communication and coordination abilities Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Electrical or related engineering field 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations Working Conditions May involve shift-based duties depending on company policy Work in industrial or factory settings Occasional emergency call-ins for breakdowns Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 08 08 2025
