Job Summary We are looking for a skilled DM Water Purified Water Operator cum Technician to operate maintain and monitor water treatment systems including DM De-Mineralized water RO Reverse Osmosis and Purified Water Generation and Distribution systems The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of water system operations preventive maintenance and GMP compliance Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor DM water plant RO systems and Purified Water Generation Distribution systems Perform routine checks for conductivity pH TOC flow rate pressure and temperature Ensure timely regeneration of resins membrane cleaning and sanitization procedures as per SOPs Record all operating parameters test results and deviations in logbooks and relevant documents Perform preventive maintenance activities and support in troubleshooting issues with pumps membranes filters and instrumentation Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams for periodic validation and sampling Maintain compliance with GMP cGMP and water quality standards as per pharmacopeial norms USP EP IP Monitor and ensure availability of utilities like raw water compressed air and required chemicals for treatment Ensure proper housekeeping safety and documentation of the plant area Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Chemical or relevant technical field 2-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining DM RO Purified Water plants preferably in pharmaceutical or food industries Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
