Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales in our showroom The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a passion for customer service and a proven track record in retail management This role requires an individual who can effectively manage daily operations motivate staff and enhance the overall customer experience Duties Oversee daily operations of the showroom ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction Manage inventory control including ordering stocking and merchandising products to maximize sales Lead and develop a team through effective training orientation and performance management Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a robust team Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets while maintaining budgetary constraints Supervise staff schedules and shift management to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently Utilize POS systems for transactions inventory management and reporting purposes Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a positive work environment Engage in marketing initiatives to promote showroom events and product launches Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively Proficient in employee orientation training development and performance evaluation Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred for enhanced customer interaction Experience in recruiting interviewing and onboarding new employees Knowledge of retail math for pricing strategies and inventory control Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stocking Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a retail environment Strong cash handling skills along with experience in cashiering duties Effective communication skills for both internal team interactions and customer service excellence Familiarity with budgeting processes to manage store finances efficiently Join us as we strive to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while fostering a supportive environment for our employees If you are passionate about retail management and have the skills we are looking for we encourage you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule
