About Us Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata India We specialize in a wide range of premium teas including flavored black green and herbal teas Our commitment to quality and innovation has made us a preferred choice for tea enthusiasts worldwide Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead sales growth by targeting corporate clients institutional buyers and HoReCa businesses Hotel Restaurant Catering The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a track record of closing high-value deals Drive B2B sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients hotels restaurants and cafes to understand their needs and preferences Manage and update customer relationship management CRM systems with client interactions and progress Requirements Proven experience in sales telemarketing or a similar role preferably in the food and beverage industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Park Street Kolkata West Bengal Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience B2B sales 1 year Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
