Role Summary The product manager is the person responsible for defining the why when and what of the product that the engineering team builds This means they lead cross-functional teams from a product s conception all the way through to its launch The product manager is responsible for setting a product vision and strategy Key Accountabilities Responsibilities Product Management Preparation of product filing documentation Product upload in BAP system of regulator once approved from PMC Legal and ERM Review of product related queries marketing materials scripts advertisements standees flyers mailers etc Current product initiatives - One New Product Tech based Website to be updated with new wordings and relevant documents Special Projects Telematics - track PVT Car Dristikona - Identifying the various important projects and development of statical model Co-ordination and record keeping Customer Request support Improvement in TAT through empowering customer support team in non-critical issues Trend to be identified on the basis of type of complaints RCA Audit Records Keeping records of all audit related documents and preparing documentation part for various internal external audits Stakeholder interfaces Internal Client Branch Sales Teams - Underwriting approvals Exception handling Operations -Policy issuance Exception handling IT - Development of products Enhancements Reports Claims - Policy terms discussion Product feedback Experience Education
