Position Semi-Qualified Company Secretary Location Kanakkupillai Office Chennai About Us Kanakkupillai Govche India Pvt Ltd is a leading corporate compliance solutions provider dedicated to delivering end-to-end services in company law secretarial compliance and statutory filings Join our dynamic team and grow your career in a collaborative fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Handle ROC compliances including Annual filings MGT-7 AOC-4 ADT-1 INC-22 etc Director KYC and DIN maintenance All forms and returns under the Companies Act 2013 Manage company strike-off applications and restorations Draft and maintain statutory registers board resolutions and minutes Liaise with MCA ROCs and other statutory authorities Assist in due diligence legal research and secretarial audits Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely filings Support senior CS in complex assignments and advisory services Qualifications Experience Pursuing or cleared ICSI Intermediate Semi-Qualified Company Secretary Proven 1-3 years experience in a CS firm or corporate secretarial department Sound knowledge of ROC procedures MCA portal and e-filing systems Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail Solid communication skills in English proficiency in Tamil or other South Indian language is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
