want you to be on our team The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance team is seeking a Principal Product Manager based in India to lead the evolution of our Accounts Payable AP and Invoice Capture capabilities This role is pivotal in shaping the future of AI-first finance operations delivering seamless touchless experiences that drive business value at scale A Principal Product Manager is a subject matter expert where you will own and drive end-to-end experiences and solutions starting with Invoice capture through to AP within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance You will define and drive a strategic plan for AP and Invoice capture understanding the competitive landscape differentiators and how an AI first AP process drives impact and business value for organizations Our agile work environment gives you freedom to explore how AI can be used to bring touchless experiences to invoice capture Then using that exploration you will work with other teams across the AI ERP product to share your vision for touchless consumption of documents This role will drive consistency for how to read and ingest data into systems used for finance and reporting evaluating different use cases and beyond Responsibilities Product Leadership Define and drive the end-to-end product vision roadmap and execution for AI-powered Accounts Payable and Invoice Capture experiences in Dynamics 365 Finance AI-First Innovation Lead the development of intelligent agents and automation capabilities that enable touchless invoice processing data extraction and validation using LLMs and generative AI LLM Strategy Execution Define how large language models LLMs will be embedded across AP workflows including success metrics experimentation plans and business value realization Customer-Centric Design Collaborate with customers partners data and internal stakeholders to deeply understand finance scenarios and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact Strategic Planning Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to shape product strategy and identify differentiators in the AI and ERP space Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering data science design marketing and field teams to deliver scalable high-quality AI solutions Experimentation Evaluation Work with engineering and data science teams to run experiments evaluate model performance and iterate on AI features across the AP lifecycle Service Health Ownership Monitor and improve the health reliability and scalability of AI-powered services in your area collaborating closely with engineering and support teams Customer Advocacy Engage directly with customers to understand their business processes gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements Thought Leadership Represent Microsoft in customer engagements industry forums and internal reviews as a subject matter expert in finance and AI transformation Community Enablement Support customer learning experimentation and innovation thrive Qualifications The job requires a solid understanding of Finance and ERP in enterprise applications space good analytical skills highly collaborative as well as great communication and presentation skills Required Minimum Qualifications RQs MQs Bachelor s Degree AND 8 years experience in product management or cloud ERP software companies or financial applications for the enterprise Strong experience with the finance domain and a deep understanding of the related processes in ERP Experienced Product Manager with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills plus the ability to communicate complex customer concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and at varying levels of the organization Additional or Preferred Qualifications PQs Dynamics 365 Finance knowledge or industry leading accounts payable solutions Experience using Large Language Models in financial applications Good knowledge of AI Anaytics and Automation and how it can be applied to Finance domain Demonstrated product thought leadership with experience in establishing
