Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems machines and panels Maintain motors drives lighting systems earthing transformers and control panels Check diagnose and repair faults in equipment like MCCs VFDs PLCs and HT LT panels Install new machines or relocate electrical connections as per layout changes or project requirements Perform wiring and cabling for machines distribution boards and power sockets Ensure proper insulation earthing and load balancing during installation Identify and rectify faults in electrical circuits equipment or automation systems promptly Use appropriate tools like multimeters megger testers clamp meters etc for fault diagnosis Replace defective components like fuses relays contactors switches etc Follow all electrical safety procedures as per company and statutory norms Ensure lock-out tag-out LOTO procedures are followed during repairs Comply with Factory Act Electrical Inspector norms and ISO IMS safety protocols Maintain daily maintenance logs and breakdown records Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce downtime Support electrical supervisors during audits and inspections Provide electrical support in all plant shifts rotational shifts if applicable Attend emergency breakdowns and support production team during urgent maintenance Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems 3-phase HT LT control circuits Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Hands-on with tools and safety equipment Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Awareness of energy-saving and EHS practices Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Electrical 5 years Required Work Location In person
