Overview The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the branch This includes supervising technical deliverables sales performance CRM updates HR activities administrative tasks publication timelines and team management The role demands a strong leader who can ensure departmental coordination and drive operational excellence Key Duties Ensure seamless daily functioning across all teams Follow up with the technical team for project timelines and quality Evaluate sales reports and suggest performance improvement strategies Oversee CRM entries and lead management activities Collaborate with HR on staff planning leaves and team engagement Supervise admin-related services like facility upkeep and inventory Ensure content publication deadlines are met for journals and thesis support Lead internal reviews training sessions and event organization Act as the single point of contact for branch-level escalations Eligibility Criteria Graduate Postgraduate with 10 years in operations or branch leadership Strong multi-team coordination ability Excellent communication reporting and problem-solving skills Business development and sales team handling Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 23 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
