Job Title Operations Executive - Warehouse Location Rajhans Transport Nagar Kadodara Gujarat 394327 Key Responsibilities - Monitoring stock levels conducting regular audits and implementing systems to prevent overstocking or understocking - Overseeing quality control procedures to ensure that pharmaceutical products are stored handled and distributed in compliance with regulatory standards such as Goods Distribution Practices GDP - Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff including training performance evaluations and scheduling Creating a safe and productive work workplace - Implementing processes and systems to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations such as optimizing picking and packing procedures order fulfilment and logistics - This includes record-keeping documentation and maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of customer orders which may include picking packing and shipping - Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect pharmaceutical products from theft tampering or contamination Ensuring that safety protocols are followed including proper handling of hazardous materials - Managing the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts VNA Machine and inventory management software - Maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to product quality or supply chain disruptions - Assisting in the creation and management of the warehouse s budget including cost control and optimization of expenses - Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the warehouse s efficiency and effectiveness - Providing regular reports and updates to higher management - Providing ongoing training and development for warehouse staff Requirement - Ability to handle all the issues of warehouse and can manage warehouse operations independently - Must have experience of Pharma FMCG Warehouse Operations management Educational Qualifications - Bachelor s Degree Experience Required - 3 to 7 years in Warehouse operations management If you are ok with salary location and profile please share resume or call- WhatsApp (phone hidden) Email ishankumar vankar ethicsgroup in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 27 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
